After so much study purchase this product. 1) Chosen transparent cabinet to see clean water. 2)No problem for Municipal water supply you can adjust TDs. 3)Beware of costly Brands and their talent to fool you. 4)You can easily learn to change filters by you tube vdos will save your money. 5)cheak for leakage. Mostly not. 6)UV lights are on. 7)waste water drain stops after shut down. Plz use this water for washing utensils save water. 8)If you are fitting on first floore or water flow is strong so plz keep water force optimum by tap adjustment as it may same your prefilter and other filters 9)Water taste is good. My mom and dad appreciated taste. 10)You can fit any kit in this so no worry of maintenance or refill. Most easy thing to change. Cheak on you tube.

I received this product on 10th of May 2018. One of their dealers came and installed it with the installation charge @ Rs 400. After 1 month of usage, it's not properly functioning, so I messaged may time and finally, I was on the call with customer care and they told me there is visiting charge @Rs 350. The technician came and diagnoses the RO and told me the membrane is damaged, you need to replace this talk with customer care he took the money and left. Again I called the customer care and they told me apart from electronics part there is no warranty on consumable parts which are I am mentioning below # Pre Sediment Filter # Pre Carbon Filter # Ro Membrane # Fr # Uf # Mineral Cartridges Filter above items are Not Covered Under Warranty. After Installation Every Visit Chargeable @ 350rs Apart from this thing only Electonic Motor and Electonic few parts are covered under warranty for 3 months only. BE AWARE @ One Year Warranty On All Electronic Item Offsite One Service Free In After 6Month(All Electronic Item Except Uv Lamp Are Covered Under Warranty) --> major parts are not covered under warranty apart from motor only. @ Repair And Inspection Charges Will Be charged By Executive Whenever He Come For Repair --> if you are providing warranty then why visiting and repairing charges is there? @ RO MEMBRANE IS IMPORTED AND OF BEST QUALITY --> they are mentioning that but it will fail with in 45 days of usage and needs to replace this. I need to purchase membrane from this vendor @ Rs 700 without any warranty. Item is labelled as AMAZON CHOICE and this kind of service I am getting from the vendor which is not acceptable. AMAZON please take care of this kind of thing.

My experience with the product is very positive due to: 1. Its quality of filtered water comparable to high end, branded models @ 19,000/- + as tested by me using my TDS meter 2. The ease of installation of the product, even by self 3. Specifications of the product matching 100% 4. No leakage in the internal fittings made by the company 5. A dedicated toll free help line number and it helped me install the product easily by myself Result of TDS meter readings are: Incoming water TDS level = 396 ppm Reject water TDS level = 590 ppm Purified water TDS level (3rd full storage tank run) = 94 ppm I am highly satisfied with my choice and purchase.

Item is ok but the UF filter body had cracks in it's body and is leaking heavily. Request a replacement.

Really happy with both the RO and the installation service. The product is working perfectly, water tastes fresh and clean. The installation guy was very professional and polite came on time, explained everything.

Very bad quality material used. Moss and alge is formed in the tank. Once the adaptor had to be replaced with my own money even when the product was in warranty. Total waste of money.

Review Im an old customer of R.K.AQUAFRESH. with my experience, I can say that their customer support is THE WORST. R.K.AQUAFRESH support personnel having high degree of neglegence. However, recently i verified inline filters of other R.K.AQUAFRESH water purifier as i need to change filters after 1year. 1. Pre-carbon filter is heavy & very good Quality. It is filled with activated carbon. It is heavier than lexcru(lexpure) pre-carbon filter. 2. Sediment filter is also Good Quality 3. Mineral cadrige just seems ok. Here is my review. 0. Purifiers seems to b manufactured by R.K.Aquafresh , where as warrenty card is in the name of HELIX Water purifier. Donot know why is this?? 1. Packaging inside R.K.AQUA BOX is loose. 2. Build quality is JUST ok. BPA free no idea! 3. fittings, Holes & screws are not matching. Made few more holes & Fitted with screws to avoid ANTS going inside water tank. Also, to close Big Gap between lower watertank & upper part of plastic. 4. Two pin male card wire from water purifier did not work. (See Snapshot). I made some alternative arrangement. 4. Sticker on UV housing seems to be off of surface. (Doudt about authenticity of it). Suggestions: Regarding pre-filter 1. Change catridge @least every 6months with either 9 Inch MLT(Woven) catridge , CTO catridge, 10inch PP SPUN Catridge of C.C.K or lexcru barnds. 2. To increase life of R.O membrane , atleast change sediment, pre carbon filters after 12months. Also, change mineral catridge for good taste. I prefer either lexcru or colandas inline filters. Search in amazon you will find it. 3. To filter out borewater going to overhead water tank, i fixed "Screen filter" used in drip irrigation to filter out sand & dust particals. Search in amazon for "Harit's Screen Filter". 4. To reduce bad bad odor & smell of water, i instead CTO Catridge as a prefilter.
