Bought this for my wife for her birthday. It came folded in a rectangular plastic bag with the cardboard in the middle. Upon opening there were rectangular creases from it being folded. It was very soft while petting it in one direction but felt slightly grainy petting it the other direction. It also has a slight smell to it but wasn’t revolting in the least. After I hand washed it in a bowl of cold water with a dab of laundry detergent, I hung it outside to dry. Putting it on the pillow rendered the case creaseless. (Read that five times fast).... the smell was gone and within a few nights the “grainy in one direction and smooth the other” was gone and completely smooth. It was so soft that my toddler son started to pet like a dog and rub up on it like a cat. Needless to say... it is now my sons pillow and my wife is out a fancy silk case.

It looks stunning. Comes in a beautifully wrapped box and as soon as you take it out, the colour is striking. It's very soft and cool. It's a great present.

When I opened this I couldn't believe my eyes. It was ripped center back in a couple places and frayed as if it were well used. Who would ever pack this? I will be returning this but am afraid to order a replacement because the quality is terrible to be in such condition. Received a replacement which is brand new. Have washed and used for over a month now and it looks great. The material is soft and the design beautiful and I'm very pleased. The company was prompt and gracious on replacing it.

Bought this pillow case in the green, and the white with black flowers (and gave another white with black flowers) as a gift. Purchased as my very high quality but non-silk pillowcases we’re leaving deep, long lasting creases on my face after sleep. Not cool. These claimed to ease that, help tame sleep frizz hair, and came in gorgeous patterns. Absolutely love! Great zipper closet and have held up beautifully. I wash in cool water on perm press and dry on low. Soft, somewhat thick (but not in a negative way) and top quality. I even take them in the RV with us. Too extreme? Nope. I forgot it last weekend and had lines on my face for hours. In this case, worth every penny to pay more! Work of Art, hides any left over makeup smears and really does reduce facial lines and frizz.
