Dungeons & Dragons Museum: Celebrate 50 years of the epic fantasy role-playing game

I bought this as a gift for my son, who is an avid DnD player. I don't know much about the game myself, but this is a beautiful, quality book, and seems very detailed, with some gorgeous illustrations. My son is very knowledgeable in DnD, and I believe that there's many articles in this book to interest and delight him. Very happy with purchase. 😊

Bought for my daughter who plays DnD with her friends and she was delighted. I was informed about a lot of funny sections in the book and that it is beautifully illustrated, informative and fun.

This book, in essence a stonning visual walk through the history of D&as throughout the decades, is a must have for all fans of Dungeons & Dragons. It want help you plan your game session but reading it will greatly enhance your understanding of D&D and many of the settings available for those games to take place in. A must have companion for anyone wishing to explore the rich and vibrant history of the world favourite role play game.

The book is printed really nicely, and this finish looks really premium. Unfortunately, the size of the book doesn't reflect the amount of content contained inside it. The majority of the mages feature one photo page, with the other page featuring a few paragraphs of text about the images - this wouldn't be an issue if the book was about half its size as the amount of information would suit a smaller print format. I did decide on returning this book unfortunately as, while in theory, it would have made a lovely gift, it's size isn't proportionate to the actual info in the book.

An excellent massive book detailing every stage timeline for the games history

This book should be so much more than it is. Not a very in depth history of Dungeons and Dragons, but a history none the less, or less the less, because this book should have so much more than it does . Information is accurate, just lacking in quantity. It's a Beautifully printed book. The Oversized format is great. The Very basic information describing the game, and it's iterations , makes for a fine coffee table book.

Il volume è molto bello ed il formato king size è davvero impressionante! All'appassionato lo consiglio, anche se la carta non è patinata, dà comunque una piacevole sensazione al tatto e fa risaltare bene i colori. Purtroppo, come già in passato per altri libri simili con copertina cartonata, devo segnalare che, nonostante sia arrivato con un pacco e non con una busta, non essendo stato inserito nulla che lo trattenesse e quindi proteggesse, è arrivato con una botta sulla costa nella parte alta che dà fastidio in un prodotto nuovo. Me lo terrò così perché il danno per fortuna non è molto grave e perché ho memorie passate di 3/4 restituzioni dello stesso volume che sono estenuanti. però Amazon, il primo servizio e-commerce al mondo non potrebbe imballare meglio i libri cartonati?
