I purchased two of these as a gift. Beads are great, consistent in quality. Very nice color variety. I do wish the container was more durable. The latches can easily come undone.

These are pony beads are really nice plastic pony beads. They are in a variety of different colors with different shade of each color. There was no nasty chemical smell when I received them. They are the normal size for pony beads and exactly what I expected and envisioned. I LOVE the box they come in. Each layer securely connects to the box and then it has a handle to carry it easily at the top. As a mom, I like that if my kids are making something yellow, I can give them just the yellow layer and then if there’s an accident only that layer gets spilled everywhere instead of 3,600 plastic beads! It also makes projects where specific colors are needed easier especially in a group setting because the layers can be separated and everyone can see and get what they need. If you need a lot of pony beads in a variety of color, I would definitely recommend these.

I AM IN LOVE! I got this for my 7 yr old girl who is getting into beads and crafting and I recently told her about the bead animals from the 90's that were super popular. She had been making little bracelets for her siblings and friends from her last beads present and has been enjoying it immensely. So this has 24 colors and its a rainbow of colors. I didnt count every bead but this should be about 150 beads per color. This is going to be a hit with her. These look like your basic pony beads and seem pretty durable, they dont feel like cheap nock offs or anything. I love the fact that there is so many for the price and honestly I thought I read they were for hair and was worried they may be a little big, but they are the perfect size for crafting.

I bought this set to use alongside another 24 color pony bead kit I already have (GAGANIU 4800Pcs Pony Beads, 24 Colors). That earlier kit is listed as “Amazon’s Choice” and has been great, so I was hoping this would be a compatible add-on, same basic size and palette, just more colors to play with. On paper, this set should have been perfect. In practice, it really is not. The box was the first disappointment. The plastic is very thin and mine arrived cracked. The design of the top tray also does not fully divide the colors, so once you move it around a bit, beads can slip between compartments and start to mix. My other set has a sturdier box and properly separated wells, so the difference is noticeable. The bigger issue for me is the bead size. The listing says these are 6 x 9 mm with a 4 mm hole, which is the standard pony bead size. The beads in my box are visibly narrower. They measure closer to 5 x 9 mm and you can see the difference immediately if you put them next to normal pony beads. That means I cannot mix them with my existing set without it looking off. I specifically bought this to combine with my other kit, so this is not a small detail. Quality control is also not great. Some beads have leftover plastic from the mold, so the edges are not clean and you would have to trim or cull them if you want everything to look neat. There were also loose bits of raw plastic in a few compartments, the kind of scraps that should have been removed before packaging. The colors themselves are lovely and the range is good, which makes it even more frustrating. This could have been an excellent supplement set if the size and finish matched the description. As it stands, I like the color selection, but the thin, damaged box, the inconsistent sizing, and the rough beads make this a disappointment. I will probably keep these for projects where size mismatch does not matter, but they do not work as a true companion to my other pony bead kit and I would not choose this set again.

The beads from this kit have vivid colors and are smooth to the touch. There are so many different colors and uses. The bummer from this assortment of beads is the poor packaging. This kit arrived with only two soft pieces of foam protecting it wrapped in a thin piece of clear wrapping. The result: half of the lower portion of the container busted. Sure you get a lot of beads, but some of them were contained by the plastic wrapping outside of the storage container. The price was about what other sellers were offering, so a decent buy. Even if the storage container didn't have damage, it is so flimsy that I wouldn't trust it to carry around with this many beads, unless you like picking up tiny beads and sorting colors because it WILL (not might) come apart at the side clips and dump on the floor. I had a similar type container do it. The beads are easy to use to make fusible shapes with an optional pegboard or for keychains. Beads recommended. Container they're shipped and stored in, not so much.
