There isn't laptop compartment and inner lining is missing making the product look and feel cheap. Buying and return process was seamless though.

Comes without a rain cover everything else is fine
you are looking for a bag that will last you 2–3 years of daily abuse, look no further. The stitching is top-tier, the compartments are intelligently designed, and it looks great. Everything else about this bag is "fine"—actually, it's better than fine; it's excellent. However, only buy this if: You mostly stay indoors or commute via car/bus. You don't mind spending a few extra dollars to buy a separate rain cover. You value durability over "gimmick" features. I am giving this 4 out of 5 stars. It loses one star simply because, in this price bracket, a rain cover is becoming a standard expectation for "school" bags where expensive laptops and textbooks are carried. However, it has become clear that you provided false and misleading advertising, as the product I received has a tag that says 'Made in Bangladesh'.
