Taste exactly like Hawaiian Punch. I use this at work because my work is pretty physical. It gives me a lot of energy and focus for the entire morning.

Good pre workout, overall not too intense. Really good sustained energy and focus. The beta alanine itchiness is fairly mild compared to some other pre workouts that I have tried (which I prefer). The flavor is not too overpowering and it mixed up great.

The Kansas c4 tastes like candy to me, this tastes more like pre-workout. Thus making it more difficult to drink in all situations. That's probably better though for my overall heart health is not to overdose on extreme caffeine.

Definitely tastes like a apple jelly rancher. A little tart at first, but you can get used to it. Really made the energy level boost. Great value for the money.

I absolutely love this preworkout! Taste is delicious, mixed very well in the water. No weird powder chunks left. Definitely helps with my focus and energy level at the gym! Great value for the money spent. Helps me sweat but doesnt give me the weird shakes that some other brands have. Will definitely purchase again
