I couldn’t be happier with the Oklahoma Joe’s Canyon Deluxe Charcoal Grill! From unboxing to the first cookout, this grill screams quality. The heavy-duty steel construction gives it a premium feel—this isn’t some flimsy backyard burner. Heat control is excellent thanks to the adjustable charcoal tray and large dampers. I was able to get a perfect sear on steaks and low-and-slow ribs with no problem. The spacious cooking area gives you plenty of room to cook for a crowd. Assembly took about 90 minutes, and the instructions were clear. It’s definitely big, so make sure you have space for it. But the side shelves, warming rack, and ash drawer make grilling easy and cleanup even easier. If you love the flavor of real charcoal and want a grill that will last for years, this is a solid investment. Oklahoma Joe nailed it again

Amazing unit. Had to make a few modifications (grill part didn't have an adjustable ash tray). Love doing whatever I feel feel like doing now without any drawbacks. It is a good unit for family affairs not big affairs.

This is a great grill, I like the option of having a smoker and a gas grill for quick meals. The grill is built well and does a great job.

This grill is quite difficult to assemble. That’s why I’m so thankful that I paid for the service to set up. My husband loves this grill and I love that it’s very easy to clean. It was a good bit overpriced.

My husband bought this for me. I do love it and have used the gas side many times. I’m still researching how to use the smoker side. My son put it together and said it was easy enough. So far it’s all it states.

UPDATE 2: All I could do was assemble it since I cannot get help or support from the company. This was literally a huge investment for me that I was so excited about. Our last grill was purchased 12 years ago, and I really wish I'd gone another route now and not given it away. Only plus side is I was able to assemble this grill myself, easily. Of course, the interior of the barrel has additional rust (updated to include those pictures). I'm sure they will blame shipping as they have for all the other damage that was not evident on the packaging. I'm sick to my stomach. Feel I've been taken advantage of. Where is the quality control before it leaves the manufacturer?? If I had the ability to buy local that would have been much better and of course easier than buying in a box and assembling myself. Since I cannot I went this route. The damage is not from shipping. This just boggles my mind... UPDATE 1: They offered to send me paint to cover up the rust. What a JOKE! I would give NEGATIVE 50 stars if possible. This company is a joke. The box arrived on time and appeared to be in very good condition. I immediately opened and began to unpackage the item. This was a huge investment for me and a gift for my husband's birthday. We upgraded from a $100 12-year-old grill to this almost $800 grill. Upon inspection there was rust, bent hardware, a dent on the body of the grill and a huge scratch down the back of it. None of this could have happened as the box did not show any damage or evidence of being mishandled in the shipping. I immediately reached out to the company and provided pictures and all documentation. The only thing they did was register the item for me. I was told to box it back up...baby I had to rip it open as it took two grown men to get it under my carport. That's like asking me to fold a fitted sheet....How is it going back in that box and who is going to carry it for me (not really their fault I am not physically capable of that but I'm mad). They want me to accept a damaged product but pay the full $800. Pack it better! But then again the rust, DENT, and scratch had to happen before it was boxed because there was not damage to the exterior of the box. Make it make sense! I don't think that's right. I just want the damaged parts replaced. I could understand if I received and the box was damaged, I could have refused the delivery. That was not the case, and it's RUSTED! I live close to the beach, and they want me to just accept it as is. WHO PAYS FULL PRICE FOR DAMAGED GOODS? If they decide to make it right, I will happily update my review but this ain't right on any level. I can't even blame the delivery person as they didn't mishandle the item based on the condition of the box it was delivered in. They said that if it grills there was nothing that warranted anything on their part to replace items.

Wow... this thing weighs a ton! I love it! Even the wheels are solid! I do wish it was a LITTLE bigger. When the top rack is in, it's difficult to reach the back on the main grill. Other than that, NO complaints!
