The massager is really effective, especially for the neck area. I used to experience neck pain and stiffness because of sitting at my laptop daily as a corporate employee. It’s a great product — just make sure to use it gently around the neck bone because it is quite powerful. Overall, highly recommended!

I purchased this from Amazon and within a month it's stop working...the real battle starts from there called amazon customer care and they said you have to call Dr physio customer care so I called them and the customer support gave me a AI based whatsapp number which did not even understand my problem giving me pre typed massages again n again finally I am able to explain my problem their then why said will collect the product from you home and will check it ..after some days they picked up the product and till today since they picked up the product it's still not reached to them ...every time I massage that AI whatsapp number they giving me same massage that they are not received the product and they will update me once they got the same ...i don't understand which courier company takes a month to deliver product within India ...no positive response from their side so finally I wrote this feedback...I am a frequent customer to amazon but this time I am really very disappoint .. please be careful before buy this product or any other product from the same company..

It's hard matetial part for massaging

Very effective. The heat may feel less for some people. However the effective massage makes it worth it. For heating, you may use an electric heating pad separately. Get it. It will be a rewarding experience

i found this product very useful for neck area and knee joint massage.. the product quality and durability is very good.. it may use by plug in to normal plug as well as we may use it in our car charging plug... the company has provided an extra cord for car play. however, the heat therapy is very low, it hardly feels to ur body, it must be improve so that during winter there should be much comfort with heat therapy. its outer skin is not washable, not removable, hence not easily cleanable... overall, the product is value for money..
