Bike Mat, Exercise Mat for Carpet & Hardwood Floors, Cushioned, Black

This bike was advertised as being for the elderly and I am not quite there yet but do have to take it easy due to injuries I’ve sustained. This is perfect! It’s so quiet and easy to transport. I’m a night owl and can use this in the bedroom without waking up my husband (however, I prefer to plop it in front of the tv in the other room and get lost in one of my shows). It was easy to put together and folds up nicely. It fits perfectly in the corner of the room beside the couch or in a normal sized closet. After about 30 days, using it on average 30 min a day, I’ve noticed an improvement in my joints and overall mobility. Great for at home physical therapy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great Mats... Fits my exercise bike perfectly! The mats protects my floor and keeps the bike nice and sturdy as well as leveled on the floor!! Does what it says!! 5 stars!

I’ve only had it for a month it rides well . I am 5’5 and have a slight problem getting off of it my foot hits the bar.

Nice mat. Thick enough to protect my hardwood and fits perfectly under my bike. It did come folded & compressed tightly so there are creases but not that big of a deal to me. If you stretched it & laid something heavy on the creases, that could possibly help

Good thing to avoid scratching the floor. Not necessarily scratches, but also prevents scuffs on the floor. And maybe dampens some of the noise from the bike trainer
