I have used a variety of joint health supplements for years. I was starting to have consistent issues again with my knees. I decided to try this supplement about 3 months ago. It has really helped. As happens with this type of supplement, it took a while for me to start to feel an effect. I would say that at about 2 weeks, I started to have less problems with my knees (e.g., less popping, catching within the joint). It took about a month or 6 weeks before it became quite obvious that there were less problems than before. I don't have my 30 year old knees again but this supplement has helped me.

Ok I have never left a review before. But I had to on this! Im 51, and a dig groomer, my body is AlWAYS sore. I have trouble getting out of bed..body be aching!! I started taking this joint supplement like 3 days ago and let me tell you it worked for me!! My joints literally dont ache anymore!!! I actually got out of bed like a teenager this morning!! It's like magic!!

The bottle came but the contents had capsules that were opened inside and the supplement was out of several capsules. A bit disappointing with the price I paid. Thank you.

I rarely write a review... I am going to tell you this product works in ways you may not even notice!!! I am in my 50's and I did something to my knee... Wearing a knee brace I would frown on using stairs... My knee was injured and I grew tired of hobling around... I found this product... Is my knee perfect no... Is my knee much better yes ... also my neck and my hips are greatly improved

I am a huge vitamin supplement taker and I was looking forward to trying this for all its benefits. Of all the vitamins I have taken, this by far has done nothing. I do not feel an ounce of difference after 3 weeks and I have felt a difference in as little as 7 days with others. Unfortunately, this was a lot more than I wanted to spend and I am truly dissapointed.

Bottom Line- This stuff really works! I have always had an issue with high Uric Acid (bad genes) which I take medication for. Unfortunately some of the crystals that the medicine missed have taken up residence in my joints and I have the typical Old man aches and pains. This supplement has reduced those aches and pains significantly, I can now stand up without having to push myself up. The only side effect that I have suffered is the Russian flu (the Trotskys). I reduced the dosage to one capsule a day for now to let my system develop a tolerance and it still seems to be working. I will be reordering again for sure!.
