Cumple perfectamente su función. La uso para pegarla a la piel del borde del sujetador, porque hago rugby y en los entrenos se me quedaba en carne viva. Ahora gracias a esta cinta ya no, la pongo y la quito después y como nueva. Se corta bien con las manos además. La volveré a comprar cuando se me esté gastando.

Habe extra die tan Variante genommen, da diese nochmal extra stabiler sein soll. Jedoch ist der Kleber auch definitiv nicht ausreichend, wenn man viel schwitzt. Hatte mir meinen Fuß getaped für ein Hallentraining und als ich es dann am Ende abnehmen wollte, ist es schon von selber abgefallen. Hat somit gar keinen Halt mehr geboten. Wenn man es an Regionen benutzt, wo man nicht viel schwitzt, ist es denke ich gut ausreichend, schön ist auch das es etwas breiter ist.

I used this tape before doing the Surrey Three Peaks, and it was an absolute lifesaver. It provided strong, reliable support for my ankles and prevented irritation during long hours of walking and climbing. Used these to support my ankle/foot after an injury. These are strong and sticky well, although do peel off once wet (in the shower) I found these comfortable to wear and didn't irritate the skin but was painful to pull off so I would always recommend soaking off in the bath or shower. Ease of use will depend where you need it and how good you are at applying it. Sometimes I got it perfect straight away other times it took a number of attempts to get the placement right meaning lots of wasted tape. After sometime I felt the tape was making my injury worse and stopped using (please note I never sort medical advice so the use of the tape and it's appropriateness was on me). Good quality, thick and durable tape but can work out very expensive if using long term. I would seek medical advice before spending the amount I did on the stuff.
