These blue light glasses are effective and high quality. I was particularly drawn to these glasses because they don't have a warm tint to them, and are nice enough to wear casually. I got a lot of complaints on them and people were surprised when I told them they were just blue light glasses 😂. Even my mother wanted a pair so I gifted her one and she's been enjoying them as well. Effectives: Overall, I don't feel any eyestrain when I use them. I'm someone who is Infront of a computer screen through most of the week, so I can usually feel the difference when I don't wear my blue light glasses. I think it was a good purchase. They also do not have a visible tint on the lens, which was important to me because I do a lot of digital art, and though my last pair of blue light glasses (from another brand) looked transparent, they actually had a warm tint that would sometimes affect the colors I saw on the screen. I don't have that problem with this pair because the lens are transparent, and the package includes a small device for you to test the strength of the lens against blue light.

I absolutely love the NZKNP Blue Light Glasses! Not only are they stylish and lightweight, but they’ve made a noticeable difference in reducing my eye strain during long hours at the computer. The frames are chic and flattering, and the lenses don’t distort color like some others I’ve tried. Great value for the price—perfect blend of fashion and function. Highly recommend!

Good, fits my head but it does give me a bit of a headache

Teenage son loves these. They do a great job blocking the blue light and keeping his eyes comfortable. The only thing he wishes is that they were just a tad wider.
