Very stable and fast system. I really like these Optiplex Small Form Factor Dell systems! They're just the right size. They're fast, stable and reliable. What more can you ask for? What you say? You want cheaper? Go buy an eMachine then! Oh, wait...sorry they're out of business! Okay, then get an Acer. This system is for people that just want it to work. And, if you happen to have a problem (and I have had problems with Dell systems before--but only because I buy at least 20 every month). Dell is Johnny on the spot! I can't recall a time that I've been unhappy with the support that I've received from Dell. They're amazing! Like Amazon! Any problems..just call 'em...one and done! So, stop wasting time and just buy this thing! You don't need to shop anymore. This is the one you want. This is the one you NEED!

A very powerful PC for editing photos.

Looks great and boots fast. Just a note, I’m old school. Had to buy external CD because this one didn’t have one. Who know.

Apparently doesn’t have WiFi capabilities (dell IT guys) which is surprising for 2018.

Bought 3 months ago. Windows that was pre-installed crashed and customer service wants me to pay for a new windows. Totally unprofessional

I’m an IT service provider and I buy many of these a year. IMHO, they are the best bang for the buck in desktop workstations. I’ve had zero quality issues and they present well to users, many of whom use them on their sides under monitors.

Needed to upgrade computer so bought this unit. Much smaller footprint than model it was replacing. Works well with previous keyboard and monitor. The only thing to note is it does not include the software....which needed to be purchased separately.

Computer came packaged very well in all Dell Boxes and packaging. Included was a keyboard, Mouse, and power cord. I opened it up and the RAM is provided with a single stick. The SSD sits in a removable holder that also has enough room to hold a standard Hard Drive, BUT there are only 2 SATA ports available on the motherboard. This means you have to chose what your second SATA port will be used for. My PC utilizes a Disk Drive for my second SATA port and I’m ok with that. I can always disconnect the Disk drive if I want to add a second Hard Drive/SSD. Processor is very fast, and she boots up QUICK! I’m very happy with this machine. Would buy again.
