Well built and so far long lasting
I use this motor in a restaurant exhaust hood, runs ten hours a day every day no problem. Half the price of other name brand motors. Looks very well built, very heavy and does the job.

Easy to install
Replacement motor for 14" bandsaw. Easy to install and connect wiring. Good directions. Running great.

Nice motor especially for the money.
Great motor packaged well and it will run on 120 volt power or 220 volt power single phase just look at the manual to see what wires to bundle up together and which wires to change to reverse direction. Really nice. Only thing I have to say negative is that the knock out holes on the box are darn near impossible to get out. I had to remove the box and use a milling machine to cut out the 7/8” hole for wire.

Good strong motor, but specs are lacking
I'm using this to run a grain mill at 60rpm with multiple steps down via pulleys. For that purpose, it's working fine and is plenty strong. It's quiet enough, and the grinder is significantly louder than the motor anyway. Would be nice if it had a soft start, but so far that has not been a problem. Wiring diagram could be more clear. There are already a couple good examples in the comments, which are correct. What is really frustrating is there are specs for the base mounting holes, but not the front. To make it worse, the front screw holes are not square to the base. I had to do a lot of careful measuring to get a front plate to line up with the holes because the face is clocked about 2 degrees out of square.

Works well with a VFD on my lathe
Driving it with a 120V single-phase input, 240V three-phase output VFD. I’ve had it only a short time, but so far it runs smoothly, quietly, and stays cool.

Worth the motor but be sure to have a knock out tool when wiring or you will damage electric box
Not a bad motor for the money but when wiring make sure you have an electrical knock out tool or you will be damaging the electrical box because what looks like knock outs are to they are just stamped indents. It ia definitely chinese and if you have a knock out tool it's not a bad motor.
