These work so well & are so easy to carry! Yes, they might cost a little more than the dairy enzymes you buy in the drug store, but I only need to take ONE of these to protect myself the “ Other brand I was constantly having to guess “ 1 or 2?” This brand, 1 & I am covered! Plus this little tin is SO easy to carry in my purse when going out! & the pill is tiny, tasteless, & easy to swallow!

I’ll admit these are a little pricey, but the form factor and the fact that they work justify the cost. The expiration date on mine reads 2027 and I got them mid 2025. I’m definitely buying the bigger size or the bag next time for bigger savings. I recommend putting these in a pill holder, so you don’t have to carry the whole tin with you. I got a titanium one with a key ring off Amazon to carry these around with my keys.

These pills work so well! I got ice cream with my daughter, we're both lactose intolerant, and it worked for both of us. Neither of us suffered the usual pain and bloating that we usually experience with lactose.

As a lactose intolerant baddie who suffers from major bloating from all milk products, GET IT. I take 1 or 2 depending on how much I eat but it works fr. I still avoid dairy products like the plague but occasionally it’s nice to know I have something that will prevent me from getting sick. Small pills for ease swallowing and the case is small too so you can travel.

I have been using these for more than a year now. They genuinely work better than the Lactaid brand. I subtracted a star because my last 2 deliveries had some crumbled pills.

These are the best lactase pills I've found yet because they have the highest dosage I've ever had. I also love the cute, convenient container they come in although it's a little difficult to know the quantity left inside for reordering AND it trips the metal detector at the hospital, but it's so much easier and cheaper than the other brands. They really help contain and relieve my pain and other gas symptoms. I'm so thankful I found them!

These pills are a game changer, I will never go back to Lactaid or any other pills. Seriously, one of these and I can pretty much eat with dairy and not have to worry about any effects that I usually have to deal with. The pills are quite small which makes packing them easy and the compact container is easy to just throw it in your bag or pocket. I have purchased these twice as I have found myself actually trying more products with dairy where before it was a total 50-50 chance that it may work... or not.

I like that it looks like a mint dispenser. The sweet spot is two pills with your first bite or sip of dairy. The pills are tiny so they're easy to ingest.

These pills work like magic...they are so good.

Really like these esp as stronger and compact but now have become extremely expensive or not available.
