This is a great tool to get those sore pressure points and kinks worked out of your back and neck. There is no need to get anyone to help. You can do it by yourself. I had knots in my back shoulders and was able to work them out comfortably just sitting in front of my TV.

I was skeptical but I have been converted. Easy to use and clean. Clear instructions and you can reach all the spots that hurt. I highly recommend.

I love this new tool! Aside from the picture manual, I find myself just fiddling with the various knobs and using them while scrolling and I love that this tool can be used while not paying attention. It is very intuitive.

This thing works well. The two knots on the inside of the hook are a perfect match for the pressure points in my neck.

It comes in two pieces, but it snapped together easily, and it still remains its strong rigidity. The size is perfect and can work for almost body type. It feels comfortable to hold, and I wish I bought this sooner.
