TLDR: It's unstable, but it does the job and it does it well enough for a 4 star. For the price ($47 at the time) I spent I'm not mad. Little bit longer review: This thing quakes under my 'whopping' (sarcasm) 135 -140 pound frame no matter how sturdy I hold myself and that was alarming at first. I've since gotten used to it and that's fine, if anything it leads to more muscle engagement slow and steady; or I could just place a couple of weight plates on it and call it a day. Other positive notes is it's size, fits in my home gym space well and stores away easily. Even came with some extra screws and washers, only needs an allen key to put together which is supplied by the manufacturer. It was super easy to put together took maybe 15-20 minutes from unboxing to complete product. I don't know if I'd buy one again if this one fails me in time I'd likely just try a different style (like a power tower), but I also don't foresee that happening any time soon.

These dip station bars are very sturdy and built. The heavy duty steel frame feels solid and stable.i really like the adjustable height options, which make them suitable for different workouts and users. The foam grips are comfortable and non-slip, and the rubber feet keep everything secure on the floor. All the parts are included. It’s easy to installed. I also have a pull-up bar station from RELIFE, and the quality is just as good. My son enjoys using both the dip bars and the pull-up station, which makes working out at home more fun and motivating for him.

Pretty decent, but also kind of flimsy. They move around way too much, and the front has the bars connected on the floor, but not the back, so it becomes wobbly.

I bought these RELIFE calisthenics bars, and so far, the experience has been excellent. The structure feels solid and stable, even during exercises like dips, L-sits, and deep push-ups. The steel is sturdy and doesn't feel flimsy at all. I appreciate that they are height-adjustable, which allows for adaptation to different exercises and skill levels. The grips are a good thickness and provide excellent traction; they don't slip and are comfortable for long workouts. Additionally, the bases have non-slip pads, so they stay firmly in place on the floor. Assembly was quick and easy, with clear instructions and all the necessary parts included. They are an excellent option for home workouts, as they take up little space and are easy to move around. Overall, they offer great value for the money. I recommend them for both beginners and experienced calisthenics enthusiasts who want to train at home.

I enjoy these dip bars. I don’t get to go to the gym with my schedule, so these work nicely in my workout routine now. They are with my other workout stuff in my basement. They do take up a little bit of space but that’s ok with me. It wasn’t too bad putting them together, but be ready to use something other than the Allen key they send with it. I used my hex ratchet set and it was a breeze. They don’t weigh too much and are pretty sturdy. I like they are adjustable and easily moveable to take out and put back when I’m done.

I bought these thinking as they were more expensive, they'd be better quality. They aren't stable. Not really safe to use.
