This is an amazing supplement to add to your routine. It works every time, especially after those heavy meals or alcoholic beverages. If I take it before bed, I wake up feeling less full, and definitely less bloated. It aids in my digestion - it took it on vacation and it helped keep my system "regular" (if you know what I mean) when I normally end up "irregular". I'm on my 4th bottle of this product and plan to keep buying it. I definitely recommend starting with 1 capsule to see how your system tolerates it and work up from there.
