My family and I buy a lot of products from Amazon, so it's always a delight to find a top quality item at a bargain price. If you are a pasta lover, in a family of 2-4 (i.e. 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids) this pasta pot is perfect for you. It's a great time-saver, as it heats water faster than big, wide pots, and it saves carrying those big (and consequently heavy) pots over to the sink to drain into a colander/sieve (and especially useful if you want to reserve some of the pasta water). I'm very impressed with the quality of this pan and I know it will last for years.

This is a perfect pot in every way. I love its size as it fits easily on the hob alongside a large skillet and it fits into my pan drawer alongside all my other pots easily and I only have to leave the lid off to allow to close so happy that I can add this to my utensils. Have used it with penne pasta only half filling the pot to cook 200g; used boiled water from the kettle so didn’t take too long to bring to the boil and then added the salt and pasta to the basket and placed the lid on top. It boiled over so left it slightly open to finish cooking. Used a spoon handle to lift the basket handle and glove to bring it up and hook it to drain I was easily able to remove one to test al dente. Brilliant! This was so useful as I could keep the water and drain the pasta in case it was needed to loosen the sauce later. Care is needed to manoeuvre the basket as it is hot but I will get used to that. The basket is good and sturdy and hope that the spaghetti will not go through but will try linguine next time anyway. I washed it all in the dishwasher and obviously came up perfect with no blemishes mentioned by other reviews. This pan is a Zwilling so I knew it would be a quality item. It is very fit for purpose and just love it. I will also take on the clever idea from the reviews in Japan to use as a bottle cooler in the summer.

Excellent quality and value for money. I bought this for asparagus rather than pasta. You can't really cook asparagus in a normal saucepan; you need a tall one. It is perfect. Since asparagus is seasonal, it would be a heavy investment for being used just for a couple of months a year, but it is actually very versatile. Without the mesh basket it's ideal for spaghetti and thin pastas. With the basket it's really useful for vegetables and anything really. It's also possible to deep fry

Bought this pot just for cooking spaghetti - good value of money as it serves its purposes and it’s solid; however it takes quite a while to boil the water from room temperature (20 mins+ with gas hob) so not very ideal if you just want a quick dinner. Also it takes up a bit of space for storage. Otherwise, it’s a good product. Hand wash recommended.

Good pot but when I was cooking thin pasta it went into holes, not expected 🤔

This ZWILLING 16 cm pasta pot is really handy. I use it to cook pasta and also for simmering chicken dishes, and it works perfectly for both. The size is just right, and it heats evenly.

I bought this for canning in the summer when I don't have enough to do a big batch in my big canner. It worked out great for tomatoes. I also did some corn on the cop in this pot. It's a uniquely shaped pot that comes in handy for different uses.

ずっと欲しかったので思い切って購入しました！スパゲッティは中のメッシュ網に刺さってしまい、茹で上がった後取るのが大変でしたが、マカロニや、ペンネ、野菜、うどんなどを茹でるには持ってこいです！結構スッキリしたサイズなので、収納にも困りませんでした！

I needed a tall narrow stockpot for the purpose shown in the attached image, which was so difficult to find, and this has met my expectations. As it was a Zwilling brand, I knew it would be of quality, which it is. I am very pleased with this purchase. Perhaps I will find other uses for it as a pasta pot.
