It's worst totally I use since last one year suddenly tilt plate broken but the item two years warranty period but after using one year tilt plate was broken. No customer service number provide it's waste of money

Chair is really good in terms of comfort, design and material. I am 5'11 , it perfectly suited for my height. A lot of adjustments are also there. Height adjustable ( ofcourse common in this segment) , adjustable headrest ( which helps me a lot while resting for couple of mins), and 2D adjustable armrests ( PS : not cushioned, some sort of PU material but comfortable enough) seat cushion is very broad and comfy and can sit for continuous work hours without any issue. Not to forget the back lumbar support which does the job.And yes it tilts till 135° . Ease of operation and chrome base feels very sturdy. Easy to assemble all the parts which took 15 mins in my case. So I feel it is overall a good purchase and can consider within the given pricing

Hello all, This is a scam 😠 for reference video is attached This chair is pathetic full of worst product Chair broke down in just 10 months Warrenty service is worst they not respond you and just say we sent the part replacement but you never get it if you ask them for tracking id what part they sent will not share the tracking id

This chair offers great value for money, good performance with its comfortable design, reclining feature, and supportive head-rest. However, the lower back support could benefit from more adjustability, and the armrests would be better if they were sturdier. The head-rest might also need more adjustment options for shorter individuals. It's particularly well-suited for someone around 5'5". Overall, it's a good purchase at this price range, especially for the comfort it provides during extended use, thanks to the head- and neck-support. And last point: it's very easy to assemble! Just take care of the easy instruction manual!

As you can see it’s cheaply finished. There’s stamped for fabric which has been stapled to the bottom of the chair. Don’t know if the other reviews are real. Otherwise the chair looks solid. Instructiona don’t tally with the parts. Will update once I’ve installed it.

ट्रेड क्राफ्ट बहुत ही गंदी कंपनी है मैंने पिछले साल सितंबर में चेयर लिया था और अभी एक साल भी नहीं हुआ मेरा चेयर टूट गया बीच से, अब मैं अमेजॉन को कॉल कर रहा हूं यह बोल रहे हैं कंपनी को कॉल करिए वह वारंटी क्लेम करेंगे और कंपनी को कॉल कर रहा हूं तो बोल रहे हैं अमेजॉन को कॉल करिए जबकि उनके द्वारा 2 साल की वारंटी बोली गई थी जो की अब एक दूसरे पर डाल रहे हैं
