I bought these 8 weeks ago after I had suffered from a prolapse. Slowly but surely I have worked my way through the weights and am getting stronger every day. I am now up to weight 4 out of 6 and I went to my doctor last week who said that using the Kegel has really worked and that my prolapse is righting itself. Good news. I will continue to use them.

I just don't feel them, even the heaviest one easily stays inside while I'm standing, walking or doing Kegel exercises. So I'm not sure if they are effective.The reason I bought them is the urinary incontinence during jumping or coughing.

Takes time to get use to them , instructions easy to understand.

Good quality product. Very helpful instructions too!

Was chuffed to try them all and went straight to using the second to the heaviest straight away.Now trying the heaviest hopefully will work for me.
