I received this tea on November 22, and the box showed an expiration date of August 2028, which reassured me that Amazon ships very fresh stock. I’ll definitely keep buying it here, especially since it’s much more affordable than my local supermarket, where it costs around $7. Whenever I start feeling run-down or notice the first signs of a cold, this tea is my go-to. I brew it in a 500ml bottle and carry it throughout the day while avoiding caffeine and alcohol. With nutritious meals and proper sleep, it always helps me recover. The taste isn’t the best at first, but I quickly got used to it and now drink it once or twice a week. In my 50s, I also enjoy giving it as a small holiday or Christmas stuffer — friends love it, and it always becomes a fun conversation starter. Traditional Medicinals has many great teas, and this one is definitely a favorite. Highly recommended.

I love this tea. Does it keep me from getting sick? I have no idea. However, I'm a teacher and keep it on my desk to drink any time my students are sick, and I haven't been sick in years. Even better - it tastes so good (lemon ginger is one of my favorite tea flavors, and this has a really wonderful, strong flavor from real ingredients).

Love this stuff! Unfortunately, my heart became tachycardic when I made the mistake of drinking too much. I'm disappointed that I can't enjoy Traditional Medicinals' Throat Coat Tea as much as I'd like.

I love the smell of this tea when opening the bag, I don't know which ingredient really gives it its sweet scent, but it's lovely! It does taste good too, and I'm glad it has natural ingredients.
