I really like the look and feel of this waist trainer! I’m already small (size XS and 25 inch waist) so it’s hard for me to find a trainer that isn’t too big for me. This fits like a glove really helps me to stand up straight and feel held together. The hooks along with the outer zipper make sure it’s a snug fit and would hide well under clothing. It does tend to make the skin above it bunch up on my back, but I don’t mind. This trainer adds more bulk to me than when I’m without it- I measured a 27 inch waist with it on rather than my actual smaller size. I’m using it for back support and hopefully to aid in compression to tighten some loose skin I have now after having had a baby. Also, it doesn’t flair out on the bottom like others I’ve tried. I highly recommend it.

I bought this to wear to a wedding. It was so difficult to hook all the clasps that I left it at home. I would nto buy this again.

One of the most comfortable waist trainers I’ve purchased! The material is of great quality and the added compression of the second wrap using a zipper definitely makes you feel “snatched”! I have a wide set torso and feel like I have a “boxy” figure….i was worried that a size small wouldn’t fit because of how wide I am but it fit perfectly!…mind you with some tightness….it definitely Takes some time to get used to wearing especially if you’ve never worn one before like myself….so I’m starting with only a few hours daily and then plan on extending the time I wear it! I will say that after trying it on for the first time I could see that it shaped my torso beautifully and made me feel “snatched” in all the right ways without being uncomfortable to wear or hard to breathe in while wearing it! For SIZE reference 5’2 at 135-140lbs and was able to fit into a size small at the first row of clips without feeling like I can’t breathe! I’m excited to start working down the clips to start shaping out my torso into less of a boxy figure 😅

I got a size XL and man, does it fit good. It gives me that perfect hourglass shape, and makes my posture better than it ever has before. There is no slouching in this bad boy. It also gives my girls some good support!
