It is suitable for all the skin types. I have combined and sensitive skin so finding a perfect moisturizer is a hard task for me. But with cosiq products i get some relief. It is a long lasting moisturizer so i can apply it during my work hours as well as during my bed time. It increases thr firmness of my skin and makes it bouncy. I am impressed with the ingredients as it contains good as well as different types of ceramide and formulated the best way with cholesterol to keep skin plump. It is definitely better than re'equil, pilgrim and dot&key in terms of ceramide percentage and the right type of formulation but the only concern is that it's too light and not suitable for winter/dry skin. Although it's very effective but you have to put a thick moisturizer after this but in terms of barrier repair I can see difference compared to others
