Make sure you have instruction for putting this together. Mine came with out instructions and no parts list. I ended up having to go buy screws to use to put it all together, because without the instructions, it was a puzzle that I couldn't assemble, after assemble, it's fantastic! When my fur baby is secured in this, she's safe and I don't have to worry about her. There's room for her food and water dishes, her litterbox is in it and her pet bed is there. She moves around and has entertainment. She loves the toy fur balls on a rope. She "fights" the fur balls and plays for hours. I love the size, it gives her room to move, without taking up all my space. I got some peel and stick carpet squares to put on the various floor levels to help her keep traction. I love that I can see her at a glance and she can see me with the full glass doors. And they lock and secure her while we have visitors. She can be seen/and can see us without worrys of getting stepped on or injured. I can see her no matter what level she is on. Plus with the attic, and the acrylic door, can see her there too. And no worry of her falling out from the highest level. I keep all of her collars and leashes, food and puppy pads in one of the bottom drawers. The litter box is in the other drawer. To change litter, just open the drawer, remove the litterbox pan and empty, replace the pan and fresh litter. It's done! Also the side pet door lets her come and go as she decides.

Takes long to put together and there are some parts without pre-drilled holes, had to make my own. The product is nice but not so easy to put together
