Great comfort
Heavy-duty, high-arch support insoles are specifically designed to alleviate the pain and discomfort associated with plantar fasciitis. These insoles offer exceptional support to the foot arch, helping distribute weight evenly and reducing strain on the plantar fascia. By providing reliable cushioning and stability, they promote better foot alignment and posture, ultimately delivering long-lasting comfort throughout the day.

Very nice
I am currently in a very painful plantar fasciitis flare. However I still have to live my life and take care of my home and critters. I ordered 2 different sets of these inserts to try them out. I need to be able to walk around without horrible pain in every step. My Crocs are the only shoes I can currently walk in and I wasn’t expecting much improvement but I was surprised, these do make walking even less painful. I put these in my size 11 woman’s Crocs (9 mens). They are a definite improvement. This set (blue) is slightly narrower than the other set I got (yellow) and fits in my Crocs but are narrower so my big toe hangs slightly over the edge inside of them and got irritated. I moved them to my Sketchers GoWalks and the narrow toe over the edge issue disappeared but they raised my heel too high and the back of the shoes slipped off while I walked. I will be using them in my higher backed sneakers.

I have these in my daily wear shoes, and they make them so much better.
The media could not be loaded. I am a recent convert to premium shoe inserts, and have been trying to add them to all my shoes. This particular one interested me as it said it was heavy duty and for over 220 lbs. Since, I ahem, fit the category, I thought I'd try these. I am glad I did.I put these in my daily wear slip-on oxfords I wear to the office. They were not uncomfortable shoes before, but neither were they overly cushioned the way you get with good inserts. I had put some cheap foam inserts I had bought in bulk in them, and they helped, but were not great. Adding these inserts made them remarkably better. If you notice the deep cup in the heel, it gives you excellent support, with a little bit of flexibility. The heel cup is rounded, and it does move a little inside the heel; it is not an insecure feeling; it is quite natural feeling actually. I did have to trim them a bit. I ordered the medium and wear about a 9-9.5 on most shoes. The arch in the foot is also well-designed. It is not overly exaggerated and caused no discomfort in adjusting to it. It is a hard shell that gives support, and I find it very comfortable to wear these shoes now. Much better than what I was experiencing before. There is excellent support in the arch, and I find my feet are generally experiencing less pain overall after switching over to better inserts. If there is any slight criticism, it is that the front of the insert is the flat rubber of any common insert. It is not bad, it just isn't that special--but it's not uncomfortable. In order to make these adjust to various foot sizes, by making them trimmablet to fit, it has to be that way I suppose. The surfaces of these inserts is also comfortable. A nylon-like woven material that you can slide your foot in easily over. These aren't the best ones I've tried, but they are very good, and they have made a noticeable improvement in the comfort of some not overly expensive shoes, so I think they have more than met the threshold of being an item I can recommend. I like these a lot. I think you will find them to be very supportive and comfortable.

Excellent
Durable for all day use. Not just for workboots, these work in many different types of shoes. I switch these out in my sneakers, and my nice boots too. These are super durable and stay in full support mode all day. They clean easily too. These are one of the most durable inserts I've ever used. These help me walk around at work like nothing hurts. I literally couldn't work without these. I'm plus size and work in a fast pace job , where I am walking constantly taking things all over a lab. All day. These are durable and worth every penny to be pain free and keep up in that environment.

WITH INSOLES YOU WON'T KNOW HOW THEY WORK UNTIL YOU TRY THEM
No description or review will determine the feel and fit for each individual user, type of shoe, and usage needs. Add to this the orthopedic needs of each wearer, and the equation is further complicated. I own many shoes (over 30 pair) and insoles for each of them. Sometimes the factory supplied insoles just aren't comfortable. If I really like the shoes, I will be wearing them often and want to substitute the best available insole. I prefer 3 to 4 layer construction that provides air circulation, moderate arch support, a cushion layer that adapts to my foot's shape, a non-slip bottom layer, and a soil resistant top layer. Unless I know it will fit exactly, I also check to see if the toe area can be trimmed. Once I find an insole that works perfectly, I keep it for a pattern when trimming new ones, and alo seek out similar styles. For cleaning, I pretreat with diluted purple cleaner and hand wash with in a sudsy bucket with laundry soap. Avoid hot dryers - they will cause the layers to separate. The right insole is a wonderful thing, but sometimes you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find it.

Not what I was looking for
These probably work well as far as support, but they are super thick and hard and I feel I would have to buy shoes 1 or 2 sizes larger just to fit them into.

Comfy, supportive insoles for general wear. May not help plantar fasciitis. Quite expensive.
For many years I have been accustomed to wear good quality insoles in my shoes, whether for hard smooth pavements or more uneven off-road walking. When I buy new shoes I always take out the thin, flimsy insoles they come with and replace them with something more substantial and shock-absorbing. In fact when I try on new shoes I always do so with the thicker insoles I will be using, to make sure there is enough room for them.I noticed that these insoles are really aimed at heavier people than me, as I weigh only 110 pounds. However this has not made them any less comfortable. I read the advice from Welnove, and also from at least one reviewer, not to wear these insoles for too long at first. They were/are so comfortable that I simply forgot I was wearing them, and I had no adverse reaction after having them in my shoes all day. It is true I wear the thickest possible wool loopstitch hiking socks, layered on over elastic stockings, so perhaps I benefit from extra cushioning that others are without.I wear size 9 shoes and the UK size 6.5 to 9 I have here is perfect for me. One small detail these insoles lack, which I have seen in other brands: there are no guidelines on the underneath for those who need to trim the toes a little. I do appreciate the shock-absorbing inserts under the heel and the forefoot. The colours are attractive, though that has little relevance once they are in one's shoes.A warning: as a former plantar fasciitis sufferer, I know how intractable that horrible affliction can be. These insoles may or may not help / cure. Don't count on it! False hopes are cruel. In my case, it was only after a gifted physio completely immobilised my foot with tape that I finally recovered. The current price of £19.99 does seem rather a lot to pay for insoles. It is good that Welnove offers Free Returns, so you can try, or at least inspect, before you finally buy.

Comfortable Support for Long Days on My Feet
I have flat feet and spend long hours standing at work, I was starting to feel the strain on my feet and legs. These insoles provide the support I needed, especially with their high arch design. The cushioning in the heel and forefoot absorbs a lot of the pressure from standing and walking, which has helped ease the discomfort I used to feel by the end of the day.The insoles fit easily into my work boots and even my running shoes, so I’ve been able to use them across different activities. At first, there was a slight adjustment period, but after wearing them for a few hours each day, my feet adapted, and the support became really comfortable. If you’re on your feet a lot, these insoles are definitely worth a try.
