So far I'm enjoying these, but I haven't taken them long enough to see/feel any effects from them. The texture is a little off-putting, but doable.

Old taste and dry gummy.

The container is large and the gummies are individually wrapped. Not a problem. Each gummie contains 500 mg of Ashawagandha which is quite enough for my daily dose. While the package recommends 2 per day, I don't think I need that much. The taste is not bad. Ashawagandha has some active properties that might be able to improve your sleep and mental acuity. I'm not going to comment on their efficacy, but have not had any side effects while taking them. Seems like a quality source if you're a fan of this supplement.

Packaging is weird. Huge container and all individually wrapped but the best tasting ashwaghanda gummies I have found so far.

These gummies have a great berry taste! I enjoy them and I love that each one is individually wrapped, and not sticking to one another. Heat to have Ashwagandha and vitamin D both in one vitamin to take. This is a high quality gummie and I’m very happy with the product!

We didn't realize when we ordered these ashwagandha gummies how large the package would be or that the gummies would be individually wrapped. On one hand, it's annoying and wasteful that they are, but it may be for the best in this particular case as the inside of the cardboard container looks a bit dirty and smells a little weird, so at least they're not in direct contact with that. It also would make it easier to take a few gummies on a trip as you would definitely not want to pack this huge container in your bags. The gummies themselves taste good, although that's partly because they have 3g of sugar per serving. They contain a reasonable amount of ashwagandha as well as Vitamin D3, and the label states that they have been 3rd party tested. We do love that they're vegan, but because of the excessive packaging and the condition of the container, we would not order these again.

Tasty, extraordinary. And boy do you get a lot in this pack! Container is more like a coffee can than a supplement container! Great buy for a great product.
