WS a Christmas gift. She loved it for her teas. Very lovey and elegant.

Have had it for a few yrs now. Very goog functionality. One inconvenience: due to the metal lid you need to remove it to microwave. This is minor, though, you cannot have it all ways.

Update: the customer service from this company has been outstanding and they have sent me replacement kettles. Key is to use the kettle on low heat so it doesnt burn the knob on the top. We have used the new kettle several times and it is working great. Our morning tea is a key part of our morning ritual! Former review: I like the spout and glass thickness but the capacity of the tea pot is a tad too small and when we are making two cups of tea it boils over through the spout and makes our stovetop dirty. Moreover, the knob at the time melted open and is not true stainless steel and is plastic on the inside. I am trying to contact customer support for this item but it is not clear how to do this.

I love this teapot. So great that I can use it on my stovetop and it looks so pretty to serve. I use it all the time. I ordered a second one for our vacation home. This company has an amazing customer service. My teapot came the next day after I ordered it. Unfortunately it was broken in the box. I was a bit sad, because it came with my new tea I had ordered and I was really looking forward to sip some tea. I asked for a replacement and it came the next day. I am so pleased and sipping my tea right now… 😀 Thank you.

I like how there is no drip drip drip when pouring.

Very easy to use, clean. The holes are very little (to prevent herb leaking am sure) so You do need to steep in order to get the best flavor.

I’m a herb nerd, and I’ve been trying to find the perfect solution to putting together herbal tea mixes easily depending on what I’m needing at that moment, without having to make a mess when straining myself out a cup. There are quite a few different glass tea pots available, each different and with conflicting reviews. It took me a long time, but I finally decided on this one. I’m so glad I did! For a glass tea pot, it feels quite sturdy and high quality- I was worried it would be thin and feel extremely breakable. Not so! Some reviews mentioned receiving a broken pot, but that’s a risk anyone takes when ordering breakable objects online. In fact they are so aware of the risk of breaking during shipping, that one of the first things you see when opening is a disclaimer to reach out to them ASAP if it arrived broken. And the anti-drip spout really is very neat and slick, it makes me feel so upscale, and really does make for a spotless pour. All in all I’m very happy with this purchase, and would absolutely re-order if my butter-fingers drops it one day. Or, you know, my teenage boys decide to have a light saber duel in the kitchen while my tea is steeping… again…
