Men's Square Cut Drag Suit Waist

These shorts work brilliant for what they do. They don’t do too much dragging for normal stroke swimming, but provide a decent pull when turning. They’re not as aggressive as the Finis version with the cups, but are much more comfortable to wear for longer distances etc. The sizing is a real issue though. I’m 190cm and weigh around 86kg. Relatively skinny guy altogether. I ordered the M and L sizes to try(and return the other one). The M is quite tight and the L is pretty much just right. If you didn’t tell me the sizing, I would have assumed that the L was a S if not a M - definitely not a large. For reference the M is a size 34 and L is 36. I wear a 32 in jeans and a 32 Speedo jammer - the S/32 would be way too small for me. I’d definitely recommend going bigger rather than smaller, but also if possible to buy both and return the unsuitable one. They have a drawstring on the inside that can be used if they’re slightly too big. Mine are quite well fitting, but if not tied the water can get in when flip turning and it falls like it pulls them down a bit - just tie them up either way. I’m a little bit confused as to how Arena have gotten this one so wrong though. I know swimmers are generally quite lean, but even the XL is quite small and tight - surely you’d want a drag suit to fit large if anything(more material = more drag).

Overall, very happy with these, and they do the job of increasing the drag. But size comes up small for me.

These are great, but sizing is very small around the legs!! 13 year old swimmer is in a size large! Baggy round the waist but not much room on the legs.

Generally okay, but sized too small. I wear a 32” trunk, so ordered 34 initially to go bigger. I couldn’t fit the 34” over my legs, and are not like older style baggy drag shorts. I re-ordered 36” being the largest size which seem to fit okay/snug. They were advertised as mens, but when they arrived, the label says ladies. The description isn’t clear enough, but the sizing is way off regardless.

Way too small. They look like they're painted on me, instead of being loose. The measurements in the size guide seem to indicate the amount of fabric you get, not the specific hip or waist size that this will fit. Maybe this is actually a children's short. To be clear: This is not the manufacturer's problem. This is the seller. I've used Arena swim gear interchangeably with Speedo and Tyr for many years, and I've never had such a wild sizing problem before.

I bought XL and couldn't vent get them on. I am somewhere between a L and XL for pretty much any clothes so surprised these were so small. Perhaps they should re-think the sizing on these - I can imagine they get a lot of returns.

Good fitting, looks great and works effectively

Good quality, will last for years. better order one size up. this trunks create a good drag and help increases swimming work out. I`ve had my first pair for years and they are still ok. to use. I just wanted a different colour now..

Enviaron otro modelo mucho mas pequeño de lo que se indicaba. El producto siendo ARENA es buena calidad. El tema fue el manejo en el envio.

I ordered the grey color, which shows as a plain gray. But the item I received is a gray base with all kinds of funky designs on it. Not what I wanted... false advertising

I have muscular thighs. These shorts are not made for them. There is no stretch either so I don’t see them working. If you are of normal build these would fit I think.

La verdad la talla esta bien, un poquito justo pero la verdad me gusta la medida, el traje es muy cómodo, cuando sales de la alberca no se siente pesado, se seca muy rápido, lo recomiendo ampliamente para que nades con el , me gustaria que hubiese mas gama de colores
