We got these after my son broke his big toe to put into his shoe for extra support as it healed. They worked great and gave him that extra support he needed as his foot continued to heal.

Great Support for Toe Walking – Worth It! We got this carbon fiber insert to help our child with toe walking, and it’s been a fantastic support. It fits well in regular shoes and gently encourages a heel-to-toe walking pattern. Since using it, we’ve seen a noticeable reduction in toe walking throughout the day. It’s lightweight but very sturdy, and doesn’t seem to bother our child at all during wear. It’s been a great addition to our efforts to improve gait and posture. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with toe walking or needing extra foot stability!

I bought these for my toe walking 6 year old. They seem very durable and fit easily into his sneakers. He complains they aren’t comfortable but they do seem to help keep him off his toes so I think they are working. The price point isn’t bad especially if you can get them with subscribe and save.

My child uses these after a year of wearing Ankle Foot Orthotics for tip toe walking. These work very well to prevent it if you put them in well fitted shoes!

My 8-year-old son has idiopathic toe walking with no medical or physical cause. I bought these inserts to help remind him to keep his heels down, and they fit well in his shoes. The size chart is accurate, and they’ve helped a little so far. I do wish they were a bit stiffer for more noticeable feedback, but maybe that’s not possible given the design. I also wish there were a discount for a multipack — it takes a few minutes to switch them between shoes since you have to remove the insole to put these underneath. Overall, they’re a clever idea and I can see many potential uses for this type of product.
