Great spaghetti!

I'm not a nutritionist but most pasta available in the US is "enriched". This means it was sprayed with folic acid for reasons that I'm not qualified to state. It might be that this pasta just tastes better because it lacks the folic acid bath or maybe they just grow better tasting wheat in Italy. I don't really know but IMHO the taste of this is superior to anu other I have tasted.

Because it has more natural starch it is superior to cheaper brands for Aglio e Olio. Makes creamy sauce without dairy additives or anything else.

One of the best pastas I have found that is absolutely clean and the kids love it!

Excellent pasta, chews like bronze die pulled pasta and holds the sauce. I use several brands of this pasta Made in Italy, I lenjoy all of them, my only reason for the 4 stars was the price is higher than some of the other (like) brands. Very good but expensive pasta. Enjoy, J

Much appreciated those qualities in the making of spaghetti

I was looking for a pasta with very little ingredients and I food this one. Only has two ingredients. This also come in other pastas like bow tie and spiral which I have also ordered. They Will be on repeat order.
