The build quality feels sturdy, and the pump action is smooth and easy once you get the hang of it. For the price, it’s impressive how close it gets to café-style espresso. That said, the biggest drawback is temperature. The coffee doesn’t come out piping hot—it’s more on the warm side, which takes away a bit from the espresso experience. You can work around this by preheating the cylinder with hot water before brewing, but even then, it’s not as hot as a traditional machine would make it. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable, portable espresso option and don’t mind slightly cooler shots, the Minipresso GR2 is a smart buy. But if maximum heat is a must for you, you might want to look at pricier alternatives.

Wacaco Minipresso GR2 is an excellent choice for portability, esp when paired with the Minipresso GR2 Barista Pod tag along kit. Excellent Wacaco Minipresso, but I opted for the larger Nanopresso and Nanopresso Barista Companion Kit.

I don’t usually write reviews but for this Minispresso I had to. Works great! The instructions make it seem daunting but after the first few uses it gets easy and takes no time. It’s slightly messy when cleaning but makes a great espresso shot. For the price it’s small and durable

I’m disappointed. The product itself seems good, but my order arrived without the funnel, and without it you can’t make good coffee. So I can’t even use it properly.

This is exactly what I was looking for! It's definitely a bit of an upper body workout if you want multiple shots, but that didn't bother me:) It makes a great cup of coffee!

Bought this thinking it probably would not work. Unboxing and settling up were fiddley but ok . I was surprised to discover that it did produce espresso . Family also liked it and granddaughter so pleased that it went back to college with her. She uses it daily Product exceeded my expectations

I purchased this for a Christmas present. I asked AI what I should get somebody that travels abroad , spends time in the woods and explorers on doom buggies. This popped up as the number one suggestion. It is a perfect gift.

Kind of a pain to use. Doesn’t seal. Spills hot water all over the place.

今まで手動・電動いくつかの製品を使った中で、美味しくて手入れも簡単な最高の商品だと思う。 同じカプセルなのに、なぜかクレマも多くとっても美味しいコーヒーがいれられる。 パーツも少なく、手入れも簡単。 こんなに美味しくなるのかと少し感動してしまった。 調子に乗って粉でいれるタイプの商品も追加で買ってみたが、こちらは手入れも大変で味も凡庸。 残念ながら御蔵入りしたままで全く使う気が起こらない。 注意点としては、カプセルの蓋になる黒いパーツが滑るし圧力で取りにくくなるので、瓶の蓋を取る時などに使う滑り止めは必須だと思う。
