I have been taking this supplement for several weeks and it has worked very well for me. It's easy to swallow and it reassures me to know that I'm getting a good dose of folic acid. Excellent value for money. I'll keep buying it!

I was prescribed Folic Acid, 1mg, due to a medication I am on. This was prescription only where I live and 20 tablets cost me around $14. I take 1 tab X 5 days since I cannot take Folic Acid with my other meds taken on day 6 & 7. Insurance would not cover it due to the fact you can buy Folic Acid over the counter (just not in this strength). First thing I look for when buying supplements is the expiration date. There was a sticker placed on the bottle that covered the exp. date but when I peeled it off, found the exp. date to be July, 2026, I noted that in another review, the comment was that there was not 150 tabs in their bottle showing their bottle. I am showing my bottle and it is the same but I counted them and there is exactly 150 tabs in the bottle. I have no complaints at all, well except for them placing a sticker over the bottle exp. date. Quality appears to be the same as the ones I have been getting from my pharmacy as well as size and color. Exceptional price! Thrilled with what I am saving by not getting them through the pharmacy. I have to have bloodwork drawn every three months so that will let me know if this is working in the same manner. Well worth trying!

These are on the more expensive size for folic acid tablets, but you get what you pay for these are good quality and reliable.
