I received the slam ball yesterday and demonstrated a “slam” for my husband. I knew immediately that I would be returning the ball because the surface texture is very rough and irritated my hands. This may not be a problem for some but for me it was a no go. Otherwise, the slam itself was great!😄

Got the 10lb ball. It works. The grip is a little rough. It is what it is for a ball partially filled with sand.

It's a ball. It has good grip. It does have sand inside it (its a slam ball - duh), so weight does shift around when you lift it. Otherwise exactly as I had hoped for.
