Super cute ! Sound is accurate

This is very nice! The volume is not as high as you would expect but the soft sound of the coquí as background, whether in the office, or while reading or enjoying nice music, is really cool. It can be used to keep it going all night long.

Man, this thing is gorgeous right out of the box—the coqui design with all those Boricua Taino touches, like the Atabey goddess, the Old San Juan garita, and the flag-wearing frog chilling on the flowers, really captures that island vibe and makes me smile every time. It’s got a good weight to it, kinda like a wider can of habichuelas but a bit wider still—perfect size, I’d say, not too bulky or flimsy, and the details pop in person just like in the photo. The only complaint is the sound quality—I was hoping for a richer coqui frog call, but it’s kinda tinny and not as immersive as I’d like. I’d think twice about turning it on often for the sound, but honestly, I know I’d end up doing it anyway because it’s still fun. For the price, though, it’s definitely a go—great value as a cultural keepsake. If you’re after something beautiful to rep your roots, this’ll hit the spot!

Mine came with the battery casing out of the figurine. This is not worth $40. Craftsmanship should be more detailed for this price. The coloring is good, but the whole figurine needs improvement. The sound is very low.
