Great for lower back pain

Great way to lower your cholesterol naturally. The supplements are easy to take. Not to big and goes down very easy.

She will read something on the Internet, and she's off on some crazy health-food kick. We bought these for her, she took them for a while and was off in a new direction before they were used up. She seemed to think they helped lower her cholesterol, but she doesn't still take them so the benefit wasn't long lasting.

These work as I expected but I open the cap and shake out about 1/3 of cap otherwise it upsets my GI system. My research says you have great results with a smaller dose so I just shake out about 1/3 of a cap (on a piece of salami) and make it a little human treat. Making each cap into 3 doses makes this a good price. I do keto dieting and noticed taking this helps with keto flu.

trying this brand because the one I usually take is unavailable right now. this brand has a bit more mgs. and might have better results or at least keep my numbers stable. had great results with guggul recently, brought down cholesterol 40 points, ldl as well. giving it 3 stars now, haven't taken for long, looking forward to giving a 5 star review soon. this price is less expensive than my usual brand too.

I bought this because of excess bile acid production, and it definitely helps. A lot. I like the *gelatin* capsule because I seem to have become intolerant of carboxymethyl cellulose and/or hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, now almost ubiquitous as capsule material in the supplement business.

Excellent product - I used it to help with digestion, and it works.

Wow, I cannot say enough good things about this supplement. I have always had deep painful cystic acne around my chin area. This acne didn't seem to respond to anything topical, so I started trying different supplements to help with hormonal imbalance. This has been the first supplement to make a noticeable different in my acne. I rarely break out anymore--and when I do, it's just tiny surface level zits, not the crazy deep hormonal cysts! I take this supplement along with spearmint tea. (yes, really! spearmint also makes a huge difference!) The combination is like my secret weapon. I hope other people who have suffered like I have will read this and try out this combo.
