I like this because it has almost everything I need. It is easy to swallow. I like the company as well. Don't know how much more I can actually add. It is a really good vitamin and the price is very good as well.

These vitamins are great. Over the years ive been trying to find an affordable multivitamin that doesn't make me nauseus or give me a headache. These are just fine, i take one every day with lunch and i feel better than without a vitamin. No nausea or headaches! I also started drinking more water when taking supplements and i think that helps too!

I have really enjoyed taking these daily vitamins. I like that they have other vitamins and nutrients in them specifically for women, like Iodine and Selenium. Which are so important for women’s hormones, most other vitamins don’t have that in them. I like they have a fruit and vegetable blend from real foods. I highly recommend these!

I was really excited about this. But it ended up messing my stomach up really bad. I have a sensitive stomach anyways, so will try again to see for sure if it’s that.

I am really liking these vitamins and I have tried many women’s vitamins that don’t make me sick to my stomach.
