I was very skeptical about using this the first time. But this is a game changer especially during the night. Carmesi is a great brand and have been using the pads for the longest time. So tried the period panties and they are so good. Great absorption, no leakage, and super comfortable. Without the hassle of changing in the middle of the night. It is best for period I'm saying it's better than pad becuz pads are leaking but when wore this I fell so comfortable and I got a good night sleep , no leaking, extra comfortable
