We're heading on a long international flight and needed a new travel pillow. I've tried the bean bag ones and foam ones, but never a gel memory foam one like this. The foam is very dense. It is extremely pliable and cushions very well. It is very soft to lay your head on. The cooling gel section on the neck is nice; some of my softer pillows got very hot because the foam used, and that won't be a problem with this one. The cover comes off so you can wash it, which is a nice touch. It also include a storage bag to keep it clean when you're not using it. The shape is great; it fits around my neck perfectly. The buttons work well to keep it close so it stays in place. Overall, it's a great pillow: very comfortable and easy to use. I highly recommend it.

This is an amazingly comfortable travel neck pillow. The memory foam is luscious, and the outer fabric is removable (for washing) and quite soft. The cover is handy and keeps it clean when traveling. I'm not a fan of the chin strap, but fortunately you can ignore it. They also call it a lumbar support, but you have to be quite thin for that to work (I am not). I suppose you might turn it around and strap it to the chair. For a neck pillow, it's great. Highly recommended.

Really comfortable, plush-feeling memory foam that's definitely the best I've used especially when it comes to a neck pillow. The strap for using it as lumbar support is easy to use, just snap on the included strap and adjust the length, then buckle. Although I find that the buckle is a bit loose to adjust, it serves it's purpose. It's a huge plus to have a washable cover and with a nice travel bag. I'll definitely be taking this on multiple trips now that I've tried it out!
