Get 2 cups of water then allow the water to reach boiling point them add a hand of the pod leaves in the boiling water. Leave to boiled for a minute or two then turn stove off. I also add 3 teaspoon of epsom salt then cover and leave to cool. When it's cool you can add sugar if you want but I drink it without sugar. It doesn't taste nice, therefore it is better to drink in one go without stopping
