Q: Are the trial frames in this good enough to get the job done or would I bet better off buying a better set of trial frames?

The trial set of frames are a little rough and clunky. But I looked online and didn't find anything that looked that much better. Using this set I was able to get the correct prescription for new eye glasses. Figuring out the cylinder angle for astigmatism was a bit difficult to do. Basically I started with what was on an old prescription and was able to see that it was correct.

Q: equal lenses My eyes have exact degree. The kit includes two in each diop so I can test both eyes with the same degree?

There are two sets of lenses, one set for each eye.

Q: Is this case suitable for only children's (or) suitable for both adults and children's ??

The trial frame is cheaply made and it's tricky to put 3 lenses in place, but the frame is wide enough for a small to medium adult and would probably work for a child roughly 10 yrs or older. You could also buy another trial frame, if necessary.
