Good Buy! We got these for our daughter for her birthday. The adjustable size is great as she fits perfectly in the smallest size now. She should be able to use them for a long time. Brakes would be nice, but she'll figure out how to stop.

Overall these are pretty nice speed roller blades, but the bearings aren’t up to snuff in my opinion. We bought these for my daughter to upgrade to from a basic set of four wheel roller blades. She has been skating for the last two years and doing races so needed faster blades and wanted a three wheel speed set. The bearings that come in these are marked Abec 9 but some of the shields were dented from new and the bearings just really don’t roll all that fast. I immediately upgraded the bearings after a few rink sessions and it made a noticeable improvement to her speed and how well they carry speed. The fit of these roller blades is great for my daughter, especially as they have a 4 size adjustment range. The comfort of the liners is good, they did need a bit of break in, first session my daughter got a little blister but none since then. The price point on these is great for the overall set, even considering the mediocre stock bearings you really can’t beat this price point for a 3 wheel speed blade set. These would work just fine for beginners also with the slower bearings, with the caveat that speed blades have no brakes. Overall we are pretty happy with these and would recommend, they make a great starting point for upgrading to go faster.

Runs a little bigger but my kids loves it. The wheels are made out of gel so they are really soft. Great skates, will be buying more for the other kids

Bought this for my teenage boy who wanted new roller skates. They were easy to adjust to his big feet and comfortable. I did give them to him as an early Christmas gift. He’s been putting them on every chance he has gotten. Smooth ride .

These are very nice. The color we chose was as pictured and they are well made. Great price. Easy to get on and off with top support clasps instead of tying all the way up. I like that. They are worn most days and are comfortable. We chose a size larger than regular shoes and they fit well. Would purchase again.

I bought these for my fiance he's absolutely loved them

I wanted to love these and put a ton of research into an affordable option to learn to skate as an adult. They were great for about the fist 7-8 uses, but then the teeth on the ratcheting mechanism started to wear out. So now, you can only tighten them so far then it just fails to tighten any further. Now, sadly, I can no longer get them as tight as I would like so am not sure what to do with them.
