Sona Masoori Rice - Lightweight, Aromatic, and Perfect for Everyday Meals (5kg)

I absolutely love this rice, turns out fluffy every time and I'm no expert. I add one cup of rice to 2 cups of cold water, bring to the boil and reduce to a low simmer for 14 mins with the lid on, then switch off heat and leave for 5 mins with the lid still on then fluff up with a fork. Turns out perfectly fluffy every time. I learned about this type of rice whilst on a retreat. It was recommended as it contains more starch which is better for the digestion apparently along with more fibre compared to Basmati. Can highly recommend this if you're looking to try a different white rice.
