Actually, I don't know if it's nearly as good as eating all of these foods in their fresh whole form, but if you need to do it this way, this seems like an excellent product. Carlyle makes some great products (and some very interesting ones) and I think they're a good choice for this specific type of product. Take aoook at Carlyle's other offerings, they've got a lot of interesting stuff. I've had dramatic results adding wide varieties of fresh goods to my diet. I don't really know for sure which of them are benefitting me, but the variety was key to getting there. This product at least gives me some assurance that I'm trying all of these foods for their health benefits. Since it can be hard to get these foods regularly or conveniently, it's helpful to have a capsule. I'm actually pouring the capsule powder into my protein shakes, along with capsules of "greens", fruits, algae, organ meats and other superfoods, so I'm getting a small amount of these foods with every breakfast.
