This is the best yoga mat I've ever had. I also have the Manduka Pro, but in my opinion, this one is better. This one is my favorite, while my manduka is unfortunately collecting dust in my room. I'm thinking of buying a second liforme mat to use at home. I love the markings on the mat, it helps keep me centered and balanced. It also helps me see my progress in how far I can stretch. I really like that about this mat. Selling point for sure. The look of it is really nice, too. The black and gold looks great even in the dimly lit hot yoga class. Will definitely purchase again!

I was very torn on paying this much for a yoga mat. However, if you are looking for a good one, buy Liforme. I’ve spent more on cheap mats than the cost of one Liforme trying to find a mat I like. Then, I agonized over all of the more expensive brands. I finally decided to buy Liforme. I am glad I did! My Liforme, lays flat, rolls nicely, seems like it will last forever, and cleans well. The mat is a little heavier than cheap mats, but not to the extent that you cannot travel with it. Overall, the value I feel I will get from the Liforme will make it less costly over time than the cheap mats. If the mat starts to break down, I will update, but I do not see that being an issue!

This mat is very nice. What I like best is the ends don’t curl under. It’s a great value.

Perfect for Bikram / hot yoga, or any yoga class that causes you to sweat a lot. Holds your positions perfectly in place. On my other mat’s I’d slide all over the place in hot yoga, sculpt and flow, power yoga, etc. This mat has a good texture that keeps your hands and feet where you place them. I love the bright colors and the design which is not only pretty, but instructionally practical too, as a guide for hand and feet placement and alignment for different poses. It’s very expensive, a lot more than I’d like to have paid, which I don’t quite understand. It’s a rubber mat! But I bought it in my birthday month so I treated it as a birthday gift to myself. It’s definitely a luxury splurge but I hope to use it for years to come and get my money’s worth.

As a yogi of 10+ years, I’ve went through my fair share of mats. This is by far the best one and worth the investment. I’ve always had a hard time staying gripped on my mats, and this one has stayed sticky since I got it!

I have had several mats over the decades, this is my second LIfeform Mat, only because I could. My first one is still used,however, these colors are amazingly cheerful. The posture markings are appropriately helpful.

I got the Mother Earth print (purple mat with green & purple alignment lines in a gorgeous pattern) and it’s beautiful! Both green ink colors sparkle in the sunlight! I assume similar to the gold print on the white & gold and black & gold Liforme mats? If those sparkle? Everyone seems to rave about the white & gold mat well I think this one’s prettier! And it won’t show dirt like white will. It has plenty of cushion and is VERY grippy. The included bag is dark gray not black. The mat somehow feels lighter when carried in the bag. It’s a heavier mat. I think they include a bag because I think wrapping any kind of strap around the mat would leave marks/creases due to the material of the mat. Can’t speak to longevity since I haven’t had it long. Taking off one star for price (it’s way cheaper (around $50) on Liforme’s website especially since it’s currently on sale in honor of International Day of Yoga) but not exactly sure about their return policy although from what I’ve heard, their customer service is excellent. Lifeforme - please also make a travel mat in the Mother Earth print! Oh and once again the delivery driver didn’t bother to put my package a couple more feet back onto my front porch so it would be under the roof overhang so it wouldn’t get wet if it rained 🤦🏼‍♀️ Thankfully it didn’t this time!

I recently invested in the pink yoga mat, and it’s by far the best yoga mat I’ve used! From the moment I unrolled it, I could tell it was quality. Even during sweaty sessions, there’s no slipping at all, which gives me so much more confidence in my practice. The design is beautiful, with a wonderful vibrant pink colour that uplifts my mood! It’s also thoughtfully marked with alignment guides, which have been a game-changer for improving my posture and precision in poses. The comfort level is perfect—the cushioning is just right to support my joints without feeling too thick or spongy. It’s lightweight enough to carry to classes but still feels durable and built to last. While it’s a bit pricier than other mats, I truly believe it’s worth every penny. It’s elevated my practice and made every session more enjoyable. If you’re serious about yoga and want a high-quality, reliable mat that’s as practical as it is gorgeous, I highly recommend the pink one!

Es simplemente hermoso y la verdad tiene un agarre increíble, lo ame. Pero lo que si no me gusto fue que al tener la recepción del mismo por parte s ella paquetería de FedEx me cobraron $577 pesos más, y ya de por si no es un mat muy económico termine pagando por el 5k, espero que en lo sucesivo valga cada centavo. Por el momento estoy feliz con el, el diseño es súper lindo, es muy grande, yo solía siempre terminar en la práctica fuera del mat, por lo tanto este problema queda solucionado, tmb soy una persona que suda en exceso, y con este mat, no te vas a resbalar jamás. Se supone que me debe durar un aproximado de 2 años, esperemos que sea así y podré decir que valió la pena el costo.
