High cholesterol runs in my family and I’ve been told my levels were boarder line since I was a teenager. I am so glad I found these cholesterol supplements! My cholesterol level was 222 in April. After taking these supplements my cholesterol dropped to 183 by September -- a total of 39 points less! I also started adding steel cut oatmeal and an apple just about every day to my daily food and made a good effort to stay away from foods high in transfat and saturated fat. Update - i kept trying them in case my taste buds were just off,but they are just disgusting now. So disappointing. I have ordered these gummies 5 times now. First three bottles tasts great. Last two taste like perfume. Very chemical like. I'm not sure if its a bad batch or what, but I can't eat them. I was only taking them for like 6 months so I havent had a chance to have my bloodwork done again to see if it helped.
