I have a sluggish liver so most commercial whey powders ruin my appetite and (TMI) give me flatulence. This whey powder is out of this world, not only it doesn't ruin my appetite, it makes me want to eat about an hour later. My liver seems to appreciate this whey powder much more than Milk Thistle, Dandelion, Artichoke extract or anything else you can think of. I also feel like this protein goes straight into my muscles, because of how well I digest it. On top of that, the flavor is great. It reminds me of powdered milk. I'm very thankful for this product.

I tried this protein powder based on the reviews and I must admit I was a little hesitant. I've been feeling really run down and lethargic lately and when I read about how so many users felt energetic, I figured what the heck! After the first day I felt better but it was not the rush of energy that many people boasted about. After day day it was about the same, after day 3 is when it really hit. I was able to take down my Christmas tree, pack all ornaments and decorations, clean out my hallway closet, clean out our guest room closet and straighten out the house. ALL IN ONE DAY!!!! and I had so much energy left over at the end of the day that I actually had a little trouble falling sleeping. The following night I just went to bed earlier to give my body time to wind down from the day and that seemed to do the trick! I put the protein powder in my morning coffee and I find that it does not change the flavor of my coffee. My only suggestion is to mix it with something cold THEN pour it into your hot beverage. Otherwise it will clump up.

I knew this was going to be good for me from the git-go. My usual morning drink, aside from coffee, is a 1/2 & 1/2 mixture of milk and milk kefir. The first time I tried this supplement I whisked two scoops into the milk-kefir mix and let it sit while I prepped my coffee. While the coffee was brewing I drank the pint of milk mix. Pleasant taste, sort of reminds me of the raw milk I drank as a kid. What surprised me was the rush of energy and a low-grade euphoria I got about 45 minutes after drinking the mix. Whoa. I figured this was my body signaling its approval of needed nutritional components. I repeated the drink that night and got a smaller but still noticeable reaction of feel-good. (None since though. Bummer.) I do what’s known as OMAD (One Meal A Day). I usually eat a fairly large meal between 10 am and 11 am. By adding three scoops of this powder to the thrice-daily milk-kefir mix I don’t eat as much and my desire for food in the late evening is no longer an issue. Man, I love this stuff. I am going to hunt the intertubes for larger packaging and keep this product in the house permanently.

I was unfortunately having gut issues, which coincidentally stopped bothering me after using this product for about 4 days. I did the "chew" it up method, worked for me, like the flavor and no mess! Price is a bit high but who am I to judge, it did what I needed it to so I'm quite happy with it.

I really feel this product is helping to build my muscles after an injury. I have it every morning on an empty stomach with a small amount of water. It tastes great!

Folks, this is minimally processed denatured cows milk. When you were a baby, momma's milk built up your immune system and made you grow. Mommy won't go for that now so this is the second best thing. Build up you immune system with all the germs out there. I recommend this!
