DO NOT BUY THIS water dispenser/icemaker !! It makes the water taste like plastic and undrinkable, and in turn makes the ice the same way ?!? I tried to contact the seller & It's impossible to get through to them probably by design. I'm gonna have to throw this unit in the trash and buy one from another company ... Again, Do NOT buy this unit. It's terrible. Only put one star because it wouldn't let me submit without it. Otherwise, I would've put none.

This 3-in-1 dispenser has now been a staple at our house with many kids with sports and their water bottles. It makes ice easy and accessible and the noise is that loud when it makes ice. It was easy to set up and the hot and cold water option is great for the winter for hot tea coffee and hot chocolate. Definitely recommend as a gift for someone.

I liked the product. The only thing was it was loud when making ice. Then it started making a horrible noise when it would make ice. After only 3weeks. Customer service was really great. That is why I gave it a 3 star. Helpful but I finally returned it.

So recently moved in to my new place that has smaller kitchen so can’t upgrade to a bigger fridge with water dispenser and ice maker. 9 yo is upset. So what does mommy do? Buy an ice maker with water dispenser! I am glad I found this! Works well. Ppl said the water tasted bad. I am using filtered water and it tastes just fine. First batch of ice made less in 10 mins. I am happy!

Best thing I bought for my work. Co-Workers come in and used it on top for the ice maker. Recommended for everyone who is asking for a water cooler with added items.
