Great value alternative to Xtend. Mixes very well. Goes down a treat and Blue Razz flavour is banging! Approx. 30p per drink absolutely p***** all over expensive isotonics. I try to educate anyone who’ll listen about the benefits of BCAA’s. Not just for weights or other gym workouts, it’s perfect for hydrating on a daily. (And also helps hangovers, thank me later 😘).

Excellent intra-workout drink. Contains electrolytes to replace minerals we lose through sweating, Branch chain amino acids, glutamine, citrulline & vitamin B6. Good ratio of sodium & potassium minerals. Good Quantity and ratio of branch chain amino acids to speed muscle synthesis. Glutamine to aid in recovery. Citrulline malate to help with the pump. The minerals are bound to Citrate molecule which has better absorption than cheaper oxide bound minerals. No sugars in this intra workout. So good for people controlling sugar levels (ketogenic diet) 32 servings per tub with a full scoop serving. I use half a scoop in 500ml of water so I get 64 servings ( 2 months supply) Available in several different flavours. Can be a little too sweet with full scoop, hence why I use half scoop.

Mixes well, tastes good, use it for gym sessions. Better than plain water with the electrolytes as I’m a sweaty bugger, so seems to re hydrate well.

I'm knocking on a bit and repair real slow. I was getting pains in my legs after running which stopped me running as many days. This stuff actually works, I drink just before and straight after exercise and it works for me! I thought the flavour tasted a little synthetic at first but I've grown to like it and would buy again.

Does what it says on the tin - use it during my workouts. Just one scoop and plenty of water and you are good to go

Great product, use it every day whilst training at the gym great source of Lucien, and amino acid required for absorption of protein.
