This the best melatonin!! It's strong but so gentle with no melatonin hangover. I've tried many and this by far the best.

This is my second bottle of this. It works amazingly well. I take it 1 hour before bed, and then I start to slowly drift off to sleep. I highly recommend. And, it lasts a long time.

This product does not work. I tried it for one night. It kept me wide awake and gave me dreadful headache next day. I was hesitant to give it a second try and I ask Amazon for a refund. they tell me it’s not eligible.
